1kg Glass - Wild Honey

Our lighter golden "Wild" comes from inland and remote regions of northern New South Wales and the Great Dividing Range.

The flavour is sweet and smooth, with a creamy texture that will have you adding just a little more to your spoon.

This blend is drawn from White Box (Eucalyptus albens) and Yellow Box (Eucalyptus melliodora) — a perfect combination and a delicious table honey.
