Madam Bee was born from a love of honey and our desire to connect Sydney households with the finest honey direct from hive to home.
We are old fashioned and bee-lieve that Honey is already perfect as it is and is one of Nature’s true Superfoods.

Our bee's hail from as far as the other side of the great dividing range, it is a beautiful, raw and eco rich part of Australia.
Our Honey is filtered and poured at room temperature to ensure and respect its natural state.
From there it is a scenic drive to your front door.
