Unfortunately due to the nature of the product (dairy and frozen), food safety laws do not permit returns or exchanges if they have left the premises where they have been picked up or supplied from.
Refunds (if applicable)
We only replace or refund items that are defective or damaged.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us pictures of the defect and the order number (or date and name of purchase). Once your return is received and investigated, we will send you an email to you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
